I have been looking for another Broadband supplier and signed up with plus net over the weekend, got a text today changing the date of my appointment to fit the fibre optic socket, a date that will not fit in with my annual leave...I have also found a much better deal with Sky, amd I right in thinking I have 14 days in which to cancel plus net even though my service has no yet gone over to them?? I don't want to get stuck for 18 months. The only info on their site is for exisiting accounts.
