he has probably done the same as he did with Preston council , tell them he had left the BPA and joined the CSA (credit services Assoc) , this assoc is not accepted by the DVLA for PARKING matters , most management companies are fooled by this , including Preston council. they immediately terminated his contract for 7 car parks after hearing this.
I really enjoyed sending them the email from Brian Dodge (DVLA) pointing this out , and awaited the email with conformation of the contract cancelation0
