Joint Mortgage not showing on credit file

Hello,
I have a quick question about my partners credit file. We are waiting to get a security pin from experian but looking at her Noodle account we cant see her current joint mortgage with her ex listed on there? I have had a look at linked accounts and again still nothing showing there.
They purchased there property in 2008.
Currently in the process of applying for a new mortgage so want to check all the details before we speak to someone.
any help would be great.

Don't just rely on one credit reference agency, you need to obtain details from all 3: Experian, Equifax and Call Credit and see if the information is on the others. Not all companies report to all 3 agencies.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. As said above you'll probably find it is on one of the other agency files.
If it doesn't appear on any - then could possibly be a missing address from the credit file?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
