It might not be available in your area - I changed from BT to Virgin (ntl as they were in those days) and was told I could have it - then when I got the service I was told it was 'coming soon'. 3 years later I went back to BT and got it for free! So best to check with them, if not you may have to change phone provider if you want it.My Mum is with Virgin and really wants caller ID, but you have to pay for it, is there any way around this?:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j
