Vodafone service is worse than useless
I went into a Vodafone store last Monday to have a sim card swap from a standard size to a nano sim old sim stopped 10 mins later but new sim never started working. went back and they said sim must be faulty so gave me another one. It has now been a whole week without any service despite contacting customer relations on a daily basis. this morning I checked my on line account and the number has now disappeared along with 150.21 of credit. when I spoke to customer services this morning I was told it was disconnected due to non useage!!!. this phone was regularly used with an automatic freedom freebee applied every month from the balance. Does anyone know how I can recover the money they have stolen.

Post in that thread and contact the web reps like they advise. They are you only hope.
Then spend your credit and vote with your feet. There are better companies and deals around.0
