bebo is it taking up sooo much ADVICE + HELP!!!

family of 4 - well 5 but a baby that not yet learned!!
the 12 yr old is hooked on bebo and utube etc ..is it that which takes up so much space and if so what are other families using ...we have madasafish on the 4 or 5 b a month(max account not plus or premier)...is that not enough space for 2 teenagers..please let me no how other parents go on cos im struggling.....bearing in mind madasafish have 20 and 50 gb options...is this the norm or am i feeding a habit by choosing to go that way??? ELP

Its youtube which takes up most of the bandwidth as videos take up huge chunks of space.
