there is a PCS in the BPA , and a UKCPS in the IPC

I can find no info on the PPC you claim it to be !

UKCPS typically do this with disabled bays and Blue Badges

I suggest you read the paperwork again and make sure you and we know which actual company you are dealing with

when YOU appealed, what entity did you say you were ? driver ? keeper ? Registered Keeper ? what ? (you had to be an entity to appeal)

the BB may be registered to you but is not valid on private land

I can't find a parking company of that name either.

wilf55, are you sure the parking company is called UKPCS and not UKCPS? This is very important.

Hi all. I definitely wasn't driving nor is the car registered in my name or anything to do with me. It's registered owned and was driven by my step son who is not even associated in any way with my address

The original letter was in my name as I appealed to the PCN. Even tho it was not on my car so to speak ( but the car was in the disabled bay because I was in it. IYSWIM)
    The company was UKCPS. sorry

I think we all knew it would be UKCPS, its a common transposition

UKCPS are in the IPC, so no popla codes

when you appealed it, you did so as an entity , so you cannot appeal it just because you are in the car, UKCPS are under the impression that you have appealed as KEEPER or as DRIVER, probably the latter

strictly speaking, you had no right to appeal it at all as you were neither

but you can complain as a BB holder to the landowner and quote the EA2010 at them
