Going through hell with £2000 vodafone bill

You should have asked this question before buying the contract. Why dont vodafone cap bills?
Unless it's a business contract, VAT is included in the monthly price, not added "on top".Well its £40pcm for 3 lines each and then you have vat and insurance on top.
Do they offer one-off bundles for contract plans?...The OP should ask Vodafone to recalculate the bill as if their most favourable bundle or allowance had been bought. ....0 -
Basics; what is the data allowance on the contract, and by how much has it gone over according to the bill? Then, what is the charge per MB for excess data on your tariff?
If you can demonstrate that the excess was not used, then challenge it. The fact that she didn't go over in previous months is no evidence whatsoever.
If you find that the data was used, then you can only rely on goodwill-and if you have been abusive to a rep already and that has been logged, then I doubt that you'll be offered any reduction. All you can negotiate is an extended repayment period of maybe 6 months or so.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Good question...... what is the charge per MB for excess data on your tariff?
It's £6.50/250Mb: http://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/costs/call-charges/index.htm
£2000/£6.50*250Mb=77000Mb=77Gb :eek:0 -
Networks writing such debts off have massive tax advantages... is it any wonder they won't provide caps.
Again I reiterate can Voda giving the amount of complaints on the board with Vodafone online representation on MSE get their own sub board... its rather boring to consistently see threads about their ineptness on the main board.
A dedicated sub forum may make them buck up their ideas when people start avoiding them because people can see he inept attitude of the company in one thread instead of scattered all over the main board.
Infact give the big 5 a sub board each, saving money is not worth it when damage to credit files by inept communication companies consistently fail customers and damage consumers availability to obtain good deals on credit.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
