Just want to point out that the people phoning you often don't know that what they're doing is wrong, they're just trying to make money to feed their families in some of the poorest countries in the world. They have been lead to believe that westerners are all loaded with cash and that we're all mean/horrible people, I mean seriously they think we all earn £3000+ a month.

For as annoying as they may be, don't have a go at them, when it's their employer at fault.

The authorities need to tackle the employers and the call centres they work in, often these call centres are those used by major UK firms, like mobile operators, etc. THAT is how they get your details..........
One minute you get called by a scammer, the next minute you call to pay your leccy bill on a totally legit number and you get through to the same person.

Do not agree. They are trying to scam/rob gullible PC users and are guilty of a criminal offence.

I try my best to waste their time(which is the best option) and will keep on doing it

I've had a few of these calls. It really confuses them telling them you wish to take your PC to them to get it fixed, rather than try and solve the problem over the phone. ;)

    1) Of course they know what they are doing!

    2) If they can't afford to feed families, they perhaps should not be breeding them!

Are you trying to suggest the poor should not be allowed to have children?

If you can't feed them, don't breed them.
