Thanks Redx - it's just that in the newbies thread it seems to say to complain to the retailer/landlord very fast. So will wait until NTK arrives before doing anything whatsoever.
but as you yourself pointed out, this could "out" the driver , you cannot have it both ways , although early intervention is best0 -
It's been a while. To round off, I decided to utilise the services of Parking Cowboys for £15. They dealt with it and I was glad to pass the job on as it would have taken a lot of work to sort it myself.0
