Can anyone assist me please?
I am a current Sky customer and had the full package for tv, (Movies & Sport), internet and phone.
All Scottish football is now being shown on BT so no longer need the sky sports and I have cancelled this, with a saving of £17/mth but my monthly cost is still £94.10!
My contract is not up until Feb 2016.
So what is the best and cheapest way to get BT Sports? I have apple tv and have heard you can ping it from the BT app but how do you subscribe to this?
I also have multi room, is it possible to get it in the other rooms or will this cost more as well?

Pingit ??
If you are a BT Sports subscriber free or paid you can use a Chromecast dongle to stream your BT Sports from a smartphone or tablet to a TV .
Otherwise BT offer a service to SKY users £5 pm

I am not a BT Sports subsriber and my landline and internet is supplied by Sky, so is my cheapest option to see the football is to get another box and pay the activation key of £49?0

BT sometimes offer to buy out your contract for phone and broadband (at least they've made that offer to me, twice).
You'll have to confirm with them if they'll do it but you would move your phone and broadband to BT, then Sky would send you a bill with your early termination charges, you would pay that and then BT will refund what you've paid (I don't know whether this is a credit on your new BT service or a cash refund).
Then you could get BT Sport for a fiver a month on your Sky box (extra for HD and multiroom) and you'd probably be paying roughly the same amount for your broadband and phone - but you'd have to check that. Of course, this would be dependent on you being able to afford the early termination charge up-front and wanting to move your phone and broadband service from Sky.0 -

No Sky Sports and still paying nearly a hundred quid a month !!!
You can get BT Sport on Sky without BT Broadband , you just give BT your viewing card number BT set it up on Sky's EPG/access system but Sky don't get involved with you as far as paying for it etc.
You could move your line and broadband to BT and pay £5 for the full BT Sport package, or just take the Sport lite channel (checking what channel the Scottish football is on,) for 'free' or take BT Broaband and BTTV and get the full sport pack for 'free'.. is your Sky contract for everthing , line broadband and TV or on separate contracts, with different contractual dates ?0 -

You can subscribe to BT Sport directly with BT on your Sky box for an advertised price of £20. Multiroom is an extra £5. Though many offers are available.
Or you could switch to BT TV, BB and phone and get a YouView box. Again, there are many offers available, but you would need to research these by contacting BT directly.0 -

When did all Scottish football move to BT? As far as I'm aware it's still Sky Sports, BT and BBC Alba as before.
