Barclaycard
I tried to upgrade via Customer Dis-Service and she slammed the phone down!
That's disgusting behaviour. I hope you wrote a letter to complain."Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; but remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for."

When I phoned to activate it, I asked for confirmation that it was a cashback card as there was nothing to confirm this in the paperwork. I was also able to set up a direct debit to pay off the full balance. Never thought I'd go back to Barclaycard!
That's seriously fast! What about signing a Credit Agreement?"Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; but remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for."

Mine came within a few days too - the Credit Agreement is "signed" by clicking a box!
Ah yes, sorry, I remember the paper application. For some reason these days I always assume people have applied on-line!"Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; but remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for."

I had a fantastic experience when I applied to Barclaycard :rolleyes2 The 11 different people I spoke to over a very simple request put me off for good and wild horses wouldn't get me back to them. Horrendous. Oh, the cards arrived in super quick time, but the rest as they say, was downhill...0

Anyone know of any worthwhile cashback sites for this card, or do they have an affiliate scheme anywhere? Anyone who's got one got a "recommend a friend" deal?Mortgage free due to an Employment Tribunal Appeal win. The ivory tower occupants tried to walk all over me.... that was a mistake wasn't it?0
