    Barclaycard
I tried to upgrade via Customer Dis-Service and she slammed the phone down!

That's disgusting behaviour. I hope you wrote a letter to complain.

I applied on (I think) Monday night and the card arrived on Thursday. When I phoned to activate it, I asked for confirmation that it was a cashback card as there was nothing to confirm this in the paperwork. I was also able to set up a direct debit to pay off the full balance. Never thought I'd go back to Barclaycard!

That's seriously fast! What about signing a Credit Agreement?

Mine came within a few days too - the Credit Agreement is "signed" by clicking a box!

Ah yes, sorry, I remember the paper application. For some reason these days I always assume people have applied on-line! :p

I had a fantastic experience when I applied to Barclaycard :rolleyes2 The 11 different people I spoke to over a very simple request put me off for good and wild horses wouldn't get me back to them. Horrendous. Oh, the cards arrived in super quick time, but the rest as they say, was downhill...
  • Anyone know of any worthwhile cashback sites for this card, or do they have an affiliate scheme anywhere? Anyone who's got one got a "recommend a friend" deal?
