Hi
I'm with O2 for few months and with insurance and every thing I pay £72 a month. But once I was late to make payment and O2 disconnected my services but later I made a payment and brought my account up to date but they never restored the account services . now almost two months i do not have the services so Do i have right to cancel the contract with out a early termination charge? I'm really dissatisfied with o2.
please any one advice me how to and what to do but I does not feel like going back to o2.

Have you asked why you don't have services ?
Can get cheaper contracts than what you pay.0 -

What exactly are you paying for? The most expensive plan appears to be £54 a month (with 20GB of data) and their most expensive insurance is £12.50.
Edit: I see the 128GB iPhone 6 is £64 a month on the 20GB plan
Have you actually spoken to customer finance at o2 or asked for a reason why you are still suspended?====0 -
I'm also quite shocked at the £72 a month figure. My OH pays £12 for unlimited everything.iawijesinghe wrote: »Hi

What does O2 say about the services not being restored? Maybe it's an oversight.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
