Thanks GunJack, I've looked at Tools but can't see CCleaner.
Within CCleaner, in CCleaner's Tools menu
http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ the download latest green box on the right...
once installed, go to Tools (3rd down on the left, and you want the Wipe Free Space tool
