Is anyone experiencing problems with a mobile company called "The PhoneSpot.com"? They contacted me a month ago offering me a new EE deal and to upgrade 2 phones I have on my EE account (one for me and one for my wife). Yesterday (11th August) I received one of the phones and a new micro sim card but no sign of the other phone and sim. I tried to contact them on the customer service number supplied on the paperwork but an answerphone message says that the office is closed. I have also emailed them but am not getting any replies. The paperwork also states that the Phone Spot are a trading division of Dixons Carphone PLC but when I contacted them, they were less than helpful and originally denied any knowledge. To compound matters, the sim card on what is my wife's phone has been de-activated as presumably the activation has been transferred to the new sim / phone which we haven't received. I also contacted EE but they washed their hands of the problem stating that as I am contracting through a 3rd party, I have to sort it with them. Is anyone else in a similar situation or has any advice they can offer. I would very much appreciate any help I can get. My wife is disabled and needs her mobile.
