just spotted a funny thing on Clearscore

I am on long term disability due to an accident at work , this has been going on for over 3 yrs.

when I was first signed off , and put on the basic sickness system , I struggled with bills.

United Utilities (water) jumped in and got a automatic deduction (continuous) , been like this for over 2.5 yrs , every year I get paperwork from government saying they are taking "x" per week.

no changes whatsoever in the last few yrs

clearscore is showing united utilities , and a big red blob "late payment for june this year.

umm , I don't pay them , the government does automatically out of my benefit ,

!!!!!!!!

mistake/cockup somewhere , but not by me.

how do I get this sorted

By contacting the DWP if its them paying the bill via deductions.

  • I have spoken to them , like talking to a brick wall

however , according to clearscore , it is a true reflection regarding payments made to UU , they cleverly missed out the words , by "DWP" or by "myself" .

and because its a true statement , it cannot be amended
  • Sounds like you need to be a bit tougher on them.

    tougher on who?

    DWP , oh sorry sir

UU , not our fault , and its a true reflection ,,,,,,,,,,,
