Broadband recommendations for rental properties

Hi all
I am looking for broadband recommendations, having moved into a rental property. I would need an unlimited service, service is important to me- UK support centers. I see that the more competitive deals are for a minimum of 12 months (I have a 6 month tenancy) I assume there would be early termination fees should i be given notice to vacate?

Zen Broadband or A&A Broadband if you are looking for service .0

What sort of bandwidth are you looking for? And when you say "unlimited" how much do you need?
For much of this summer, EE have been doing 100GB or mobile data per month for £10 - okay there are (easy) hoops to jump through and I suspect that at some point it will disappear, but for now it's an excellent deal.

You could always go with that for the first 2 months and then look at fixed-line options later...My postings reflect my lifetime's experience and my opinion. You are quite welcome to respond with your experiences and option, whether similar or different.0 -
Plusnet will do monthly contractBroadband without a 12 or 18 month contract: There's a £50 activation charge but we'll reduce this to £25 if you add one of our phone packages to your order. You can use your own router if it's compatible, or you can take our router (you'll just pay £5.99 P&P). Minimum term of 30 days.0

There are monthly broadband deals available, but the majority of line rental contracts are 12m minimum term.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

it would be used for streaming and downloading, so i estimate minimum of 20GB/ month. On average how much do termination charges cost?0
-
Termination roughly the balance of the contract remaining .
20 GB streaming and download is a low figure and charges for overuse can be high .0 -
Since my OP I have signed a tenancy for 12m so can take a 12m package out. What I am wondering now is whether I would see the benefit in going for infinity from bt over their '17mb' broadband. Usage is streaming, some downloading, general browsing (single person, multiple devices). For this usage would the broadband be sufficient would you say?0

No, 20GB pm is unlikely to be enough. Bear in mind that upgrading to Infinity will start you on a new 12 or 18m minimum term.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
