  • Nothing at all wrong in that. Its just for me I have noticed that even one glass messes up my sleep.
    Awake at 3 until 5 kind of thing.

    Just lost a post.
    Basically I have LOST my degree and pgce certs.

    My sister and bil moved during the summer hols (both teachers) - when packing they discovered that his certs, final work, certs from when he was small (ie: his memories and important stuff box - all in a cardboard) had been destroyed by damp in the detached (asbestos riddled) damp garage :( He thought it was packed in the loft

    So here I am with a fabulous opportunity to reinvent myself, which if I am honest is really why I never stay too long in one job.

    I undertake, starting tomorrow (Monday 2nd November tomorrow, not the eternal tomorrow) to;

    Eat no more than the allowable calories on MFP
    Take a walk EVERY DAY on work days this will be at work
    Spend NOTHING unless absolutely necessary (avoided the Boden even though they sent me a 25% off voucher, but did buy a new whistle on ebay for £25)
    Drink no alcohol, save for the night of my birthday, and Christmas
    Be better organised (see certificate debacle).
    Cockney rhyming slang.

    Good luck with the challenges :)

    I did originally wonder about the whistle - now I get where you're coming from! :D:D

    Still thrifty though, after all these years:D
