That's a shame! I used to have to do that at university but it was an amazing deal - something like $300 annually for any/all vaccinations/dental work/routine vet care/emergency call-outs. The university had a vet school, though, so the down side was that an army of vets/students would come out and use your horse as a teaching tool. Usually they let me hang about and absorb some (little!) info, though, so that was cool.
