My son is back from horsey day. It seems cousin and family have worked him very hard, came home very excited to tell me about his day and has fell straight to sleep. :rotfl:2018 totals:

I can't believe DD1. At 12 years old she was at our yard holding the Plops while she was shod at 7.30, groomed her as for a show (plaits et.c) did an hour's lead reining DD2, the two hours' stable management training and an hour's riding.
It is certainly a good foundation in hard work.0 -

today it is girls' sight tests, washing, tack cleaning and planning for an interview.0 -

Me too. Fingers crossed.Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
