    At the moment I am not allowed to do a course because I am too good at the subject.
    The woman who IS allowed to go who is presumably less good at the subject...IS allowed to teach it to top set while I am not.

    Hope you get the job and can then make the right decision for you. I enjoy working in more challenging schools as the staff seem to pull together well. It sounds as if you are completely fed up with your current job so you'll know whats best!
