  • Both needed I think. I only have the contract - lack the hard heart as you do.

Got a model contract off BHS website. Praise God! The girl I tutored last year for GCSE wants to come back for A level. AND the plumber starts Monday to put the bathroom in for our airbnb.

I will have diversified with VERY little effort.

Wish us luck with the bathroom project, it involves digging the garden up.
  • Gosh you'll be totally self sufficient soon. I was going to say £15 for grass keep as I have always paid £25 for a stable. Obviously the more the merrier. Does Origin not have a minimum speed in their contract? I have been able to get out or both my broadband and mobile contracts as they can't offer any service in our new house. Great for the pocket but hmmm still no service.

  • The problem is they offer a waaay higher upload than download speed. Download speed seems to be the problem.

Thanks for that floppy. It turns out she wasn't keen on a contract (why, if she had good intentions?) and wanted to pay less than half the £15 per week that seems to be the going rate.

Guessing this is something like British Horse Society rather than British Home Stores as was my first thought :D
  • It is known!
  • Oh that is frustrating, I hope they make some efforts to solve it as they are a fairly new company aren't they?

Strange about the livery, but not worth the hassle for the price she wanted to pay. I have only had to sign contracts when I was paying for part livery, FIT has always been more relaxed but I wouldn't mind either way, it protects owners more than me.

  • It does protect owners more but it also protects the client. I agree its not worth the hassle.
  • How are the piglets getting on?

  • Adorable. Popcorned all over the place (sudden pinging up in the air just like corn popping) when they got clean blankets yesterday and the smallest pig put on nearly 50g last week.

I foraged some blackberries and rosehips for them which met with approval. (No greater love than scraping the hairy middles out of each rosehip for them.)
  • Oof! Friend visiting and bedtime 1am. I am too old!
