    Are you sure the house isn't overpriced? I only ask as you've had it for sale for a long time and ultimately anything is only worth what someone is willing to pay.

  • Busy day. Glad to be home.
  • Quite sad about Peter Sarstedt. I knew his family when I was a kid and he let me keep my pony at his house. He and his daughter and (then) wife were lovely people.

    Hope the painting went well? Did you strip any wallpaper? We are frightened what will be behind ours. Must do it this year though.
