    Oh dear. Might be worth asking? If you are taking on more responsibility it should move you up the TLR. Presumably they are saving the salary of whoever did it before?

    Good morning! Planning some painting and errands today.
    Feeling very disheartened about the whole house selling thing. Possibly exacerbated by some of the people trolling on the "Waiting for a buyer" thread who insist that if we only knocked 50k off the price we would sell tomorrow.
    Well Duh!
