We only use a local company now after poor service from s@festyle. The NST sounds really interesting and I always mean to have a look at it.

Lots of schools seem to be back today, seems odd since it's still August!

  • Our kids don't go back until Monday.

I inherited the hideous Everest windows and from my experience of them just trying to buy replacement handles I would never use them again.

Lots of jobs done today. DD's friends and TV due to arrive soon.
  • Well the flipping dvd player on the brand new technika from tesco does not work.
Very disappointed DD unable to watch movies for her sleepover. I compounded the felony by making a pizza with a wholemeal Base.

Safest if I go back to work I think.
  • Oh well fair play. If they are good as their word they will replace the telly on Saturday and knock a tenner off.
  • Today I have been very productive. Tomorrow it is back to the grindstone!

  • I know NG. How rude of me!

    Well done Apple!

I may be slightly annoyed at DH as he has killed our laptop. Too many Swan dives off the sofa arm where he left it.

    Hi SHS

I love that challenge list - I may go and search that out although NSDs will be a bit of a challenge at the moment! It would be good to have a bit of focus in our lives when everything feels extremely disorganised. *Control freak alert!*

What a pain with the tv! As we have been buying so much recently, we've had several things turn up that didn't work or wasn't what we ordered - it's very annoying!
