No I went for them. Posted yesterday but lost it.

A company called Advantis keeps leaving messages on my mobile.

They are a debt collection agency. I don't have any delinquent accounts and even if I did my mobile is two weeks old, new number.

Are they fishing? They don't mention my name.

Mortgage rate fixed for another 5 years, dropped under 160k and I have asked them to keep the payments at the current level for over payments.

Have you got a better rate too? We have recently fixed at 5 years for 2.59%
