  • I liked paintballing. I didn't like the mask which steamed up so I couldn't see.

    Playing ponies today.

Yesterday made me think about those few parents who moan about the cost of school trips because "staff go free".

It was lovely to be with the kids out of school and nice to try something new.

On the other hand I spent all the down time picking up litter/reminding kids to pick it up, collecting equipment and reminding kids to put it back properly.

Not to mention obsessively counting them!

No breaks in the day. Made me think about my kids - would they just dump borrowed kit where they felt like?

Omg -SMG, you could be a musketeer with one of those. I would love a Friesian, was he/she lovely to ride?

Sounds like a wonderful couple of days. :) It's very sad that you have parents that complain about having to pay for trip because teacher's go "for free". :(

  • I didn't get to ride him just kiss him a lot and marvel at his size. He looked just like a horse from GoT.
  • I was planning to do 3/5 of sweet FA today but it didn't pan out that way.
Preparing for camp seems to need a lot of time, effort and money.

Apart from writing 38 powerpoints and one worksheet for grown ups I plan to
    Diet before an upcoming wedding
Declutter one drawer or cupboard a day.

    Wish me luck!
