I realise I've never, ever bought a fresh tree ... the tree I used to love best was the 7 foot high pruning from the top of an ash tree in my garden - I sprayed it gold, "planted" it in a bucket, and decorated it to the ninesI *did* spend quite a lot on gold aerosol paint, I admit it!

So we switched on 23rd.
No broadband service at all since then. They cannot tell us when they will provide us with the service and when we told them we were cancelling their contract since they were in breach of it, said "Oh there is a £600 cancellation fee"because of the TV package which I didn't (and wouldn't ever) sign up to.
