TIME and MOTION monday
6.15-6.30 shower and dress
6.30-6.45 breakfast
6.45-7 washing hung up, more washing on, pack two lunches, clear table, chivvy DS to get dressed
7-7.15 pack bag for kids, more chivvying
7.15-7.25 mess about on phone
7.25-7.45 load kids up and drop off
7.45-8.15 drive to work
10 min am break 25 min lunch break
leave work 4-home at 4.45 having collected kids
4.45-5.30 cook and eat dinner
take down washing, hang more, put more on
25 min having coffee after dinner
45 minutes messing about on phone/watching scooby doo
7-7.20 bedtime, putting washing away
7.20-8 mess about on phone
8-8.20 kids lights out, ready for bed
8.30 asleep
