    hi i signed up with talk talk through your big broadband collective switch. however i was promised 6 months free netflix if i went through moneysavingexpert.com which i did. however talktalk now say they have no record of it anywhere. please can you help as they want proof of this offer otherwise i cannot get the free 6 months of netflix which is what i signed up for.
