Item didn't arrive. What happens if they send another, and first one arrives?

Low value items are usually not sent tracked so they wouldn't know if you received one or two. I've had many low values small items from Amazon posted through the letterbox. You could therefore keep both and only pay for one. Or be honest and tell them.

Just had an email, saying another one is being sent, and should take 3 to 4 working days to arrive.

Today was the first chance I've had, to call in the local sorting office, and there on the shelf, was the original package.

Emailed the company, to tell them I've received a card from RM, informing me the replacement item is at the sorting office.

They've replied, saying I can keep it as a gift. :cool:
