Missing credit agreement

You have been correctly advised:-
You don't need a copy of the agreement to complain.
If you credit card statements have never shown a charge for PPI then you have not paid PPI.
You have not been told you are a liar you have simply been correctly informed that you are mistaken in your belief that Credit Card PPI was somehow "hidden" in the interest.0 -
Reference calling me a liar......how rude, I've come on here asking for advise!!!!!!!
I can 100% guarantee that my wife won 2 claims where PPi was hidden in interest charged
It is not possible to hide PPI in the interest. That is just wrong. You say it is so either you are mistaken or you are telling lies. I did not call you a liar. I said i do not believe you. I said it because what you say is not possible. Please see original assistance request and advise on this website when starting a claimI am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). "Is this the norm and should I just allow the usual 12-14 days for a response?"
Where is this answer to the only question I asked????????
"Some people" actually read the post instead of jumping on the bandwagon
Thanks for the "support"0 -

The usual response to a PPI complaint is anything up to 8 weeks.

Hi folks,
Ding ding round two (lol)!
Ok so today (very late reply), I've received a letter. This letter details several loan accounts, the above credit card and mortgages.
The information supplied states PRODUCT TYPE, ACCOUNT NUMBER, PPI HELD, in each the PPI HELD is either stated as "Yes" or "Unable to determine*". Ref *unable to determine = I have searched all electronic systems and can find no evidence of PPI being sold in connection with this account, I Am also unable to find any evidence to prove PPI was not sold in connection with this account.
I will obviously pursue the ones stating "yes" as I believe these are mis sold, I'm unsure of what to do with the unable to determine, the curious thing is three of them are for a mortgage, I've only had one?
Again many thanks for any advise.0 -
