Help with PCN
The letter they sent me had no letter heading ,no mention of QDR and no address. The first part of the letter had boxes with Wright Hassall at the top and the car details etc below. Then came the scary bit threatening with a CCJ if I don't pay etc. It had an electronic signature Wright Hassall.
My question is does anyone know can they use a subsidiary company with no mention on the letter and dimes anyone know if this basic, non letter headed letter adhere to the standards that they are required to meet?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks Sue

Take this to the SRA

It may well be unprofessional conduct and bringing the good name of the profession into disrepute. A lond established firm like WH, no matter how cash strapped, should not be associating with con artists and former clampers who have lost two high profile court cases..
