Formal Letter Of Claim conkai/zzps/wright hassall

Hi .........."my car" received a penalty last November.....The letter to keeper was sent out over 100 days later....started to get letters from zzps then a letter from wright hassall..........ALL of which I have ignored......The latest letter is titled "Formal letter of claim".......I presume its from Wright Hassall (there is no letterhead OR signature" only a phone number to call to pay or they will have no alternative but to issue county court proceedings.......I have ignored letters because the NTC was sent over 100 days and the original signposts etc (of which I have photos) state that Conkai security is a member of the BPA ....which they are not and were not at the time of the so called offense.......
Should I now try and nip this in the bud by sending wright hassall a letter.....although there's no address on the letter they sent me OR wait for the Court proceedings to commence (if any) and fight my case? What do you think is my best option as I AM prepared to defend this in court if necessary but would need someones help with this..............Thanks guys.

They don't need to match your situation exactly. The advice is still the same.

Write to WH and ask them if the anonymous letter was from them. If they admit to it copy to the SRA

with a complaint about unprofessional conduct.

there is nothing special about your post

a ppc has engaged zzps as a debt collector who then use the wright hassall nametag paperwork to harass and alleged debtor and to threaten court proceedings , which could be fraudulent

so whats so different about your alleged debt and paperwork compared to all of the others ? are you looking for an exact match ? I doubt you will find one but as mentioned above the advice is still the same

  • Thank you all......What about the DVLA? Do the parking companies have a certain time limit to apply for the registered keeper details? Also could I report the parking company to the IPC for saying they were BPA members on their signs when they are actually members of the IPC?

they have 6 years to chase an alleged unpaid invoice

if they pay the dvla , they can get your details anytime they like, even if we dont like it

they could be members of both trade bodies (many are), just like I have more than one bank account

plus the IPC will just do what the BPA do and say a company has so many years to comply with the signage rules, I think the BPA is oct2015

remember, these are trade bodies looking out for their paying members, not ofcom or the ombudsman , certainly not on your side (or mine)
