It's been a spendy day, mostly business stuff and via cashback sites, plus additional handle and lock cover for glorified shed, so £7 from personal spends there.
Weeded (again!) front and back garden, definitely all done for winter now. Hanging plant bags are looking amazing with the pansies blooming really well. With gorgeous weather heating has been off apart from first thing for an hour.
Been through Christmas present stash and have 8 presents left to get, plus DS's stocking to add to. Plan to start on that in town tomorrow and also put the last £25 into DS's Halif@x 3% account for this year making that £300. Noticed the rate for new accounts has dropped to 2.25% (Lloyds too).
Financials:
- bank account checked
- freepostcodelottery checked
- Inbox £s up a tad at £10.36
- P!necone - new paid survey in, must do that for the £3
It's MOP day tomorrow :j Decided to go mid-way between the planned £850 and the £1050 - so £960 shall be on it's way at midnight and scrape me into the £113s :j Looking forward to posting the statsBack on the DFW Wagon:

Endless procrastination and seeing what it did to interest, budget and that unknown architect's invoice....I played it safe-ish
. December I will give the mortgage a Christmas bonus as per last year too
Something happened when I became DF...it's a bit ridiculous, but am scared of being short of money. Having the EF back up isn't enough, though having said that I have the £250 going to T$B Reg Saver now and £300 into the extension fund pot as well, on top of £100 to DS's 6% account.
Still not moved my pension or increased payments to it, but have started to research FC - been lurking on Edinburgher's thread regularlyJust need to bite the bullet and do it.
You're doing brilliantly INOD - how's the BTL deposit stacking up?Back on the DFW Wagon:

Impressive numbers (even without the 1k), Ali.0 -
Thanks Hidden... I'll have to make up for it next month, as can only send minimum £500.
Christmas shopping mostly done and DS tagged along...I think he's bought me a terramundi (half price in Clinton's - good lad). Few bits left to get online and one item out of stock everywhere...always one like that! Big wrapping and writing day tomorrow then.
Financials then:
- bank account checked (and no sign of new debit card yet, so CC battered today, but will all be paid off when bill arrives next week)
- freepostcodelottery checked
- Inbox £s up a tad at £10.45
- P!necone survey done for £3
- Qmee - pot gone up to 23p
Home made Toad in the Hole tonight, lovely wintry comfort food and food shop on agenda for later or tomorrow. See if sofa wins outBack on the DFW Wagon:
