Good morning.
Been up since 6am as had a handy man coming to hang a new external kitchen door at 7am. He's still busy with it now. Hopefully kitchen will be a bit warmer in the winter as this one is really thick and has a double glazed window. The one that it is taking the place of had 12 panes of single glazed glass and a really thin wooden bottom.
Once he is gone I will need to get cracking with the washing as I need to have all my business suits freshened up ready for my trip to New York on Monday :j
I've got the details of the Christmas shop in Little Italy in Manhattan, as I have taken to buying Christmas ornaments as souvenirs
This will be my first trip to the states, so I am really excited, even if the purpose of the trip is for business.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Anyone who wastes 85p on the Daily Record can get a free bag of Scotty Brand carrots today or tomorrow at A.
Not meI wasted 90p on the Daily Mail because I saw somewhere advertising a free Commemerative Coin, or I think it said that.
Picked the paper up in MrA but failed to notice the front page stating to be collected today at W H Smiths  I refuse to drive a round trip of 28 miles or so for a replica coin :eek:There's no place like home

Notice the new way off taking payment for asda cc has started, they took full price, then they refunded the e vouchers seperately, and then the subs I returned was done seperately as well.0

Rose your daughter is stunning. Love the pics, and the bridesmaids are adorable!
Been abandoned by kids yet again, they're at their dads. My ex is doing my head in, all to do with the car my inlaws have bought my son. Bulldozing in, thinking he knows best, and my inlaws just let him. Grrrrrrr. . I love my inlaws (odd I know!) but the way they let him treat them really annoys me.
Anyway, rant over! Things seem more settled here. It is hopefully last bag change day before I go to hospital on Monday. Transport company phoned yesterday and confirmed they're picking me up at 8.15am on Monday, so I'm good to go. Nervous and excited.0
