  • I have just checked my credit card bill and have been charged £79 for Amazon prime! I had no idea I had registered for this apparently on 3rd August! I haven't bought anything from Amazon in the last six months! I cannot find anyway to contact them though. Has anyone had any experience of this?

Depends on CS - I generally go for the bored looking younger ones as they generally ask fewer questions ;).

That's what I usually do - I'm ok about up to around £12/£13 but I really hate over £15 ones cos they always call a supervisor and they are not students !
