Easy to contact them on the website through chat - ahould just then refund as unised. If you took out a one month fre
e trial it renews unless you cancel it.

Depends on CS - I generally go for the bored looking younger ones as they generally ask fewer questions .

That's what I usually do - I'm ok about up to around £12/£13 but I really hate over £15 ones cos they always call a supervisor and they are not students !
