Hello Elite! I hope I find you all well :)

This is probably a stupid question, but does anyone know if any supermarkets do same day delivery and if any which one please?

Thanking you kindly, have royally bug.gered up my ankle and can hardly walk :(

Tesco do, if you are lucky and they have slots available.

Can you safely drive? You could see if click & collect is available if no delivery slots are showing.

I've been having a look on the school website and it would appear that potentially DS1 could drive DS2 to school but only if he obtains our written permission to do so and fills a form in that has to be sanctioned by the deputy head....no doubt we will try to get this in place as soon as possible if only to keep one car off the road.

Its clearly an issue that the school has with pupils in the upper sixth trying to balance those that have passed tests and can drive with trying not to promote them using the cars for travelling friends round at lunchtime etc....there seems to be a system where parental permission must be given in writing by all parents of both drivers and passengers.

I can probably see it becoming something that the car is bought home by me during the day and then driven to and from school by DS1....but hey ho,I was just thinking that I could put them both in DS1's car to go to school

I understand the concern. I used to insist that my kids make sure the parents of their friends knew if they were offering lifts when they had only recently passed. In fact we banned DS1 from taking any passengers at all for the first weeks after he passed his test. Once they had some experience, they would be involved in rotas to and from school with their school mates.

Lunchtime release is a different matter from the schools point of view, but banning pupils taking passengers on public roads is way beyond their remit.

    Not sure if posted

I had a bottle of Canti Fiano from T's on the weekend, thought I'd try it since it was only £3. Surprisingly it was quite nice.

Morning everyone. Lovely sunny morning here in North Wales.
BNI worked this morning with korma, tikka, Jalfrezi & flatbreads.
Each flatbread gives a £1.00 return and each curry 30p so a £2.60 pp on each £6.00 meal deal. :)

Plug it in to your laptop/computer with your cable and instead of going into iTunes, open up the File Explorer (in Windows) and under Computer you should see your phone as a drive - right click on it and then Import Photos and Videos (or within iTunes, once your phone has connnected, click on Photos and you can choose the action to take from there). When importing, you can choose to then delete photos off the phone to create space.

can I export the photos on my ipad onto the main computer? I want them on my ipad still but also backed up on the main computer.
I like how the photos on my ipad are set out in moments and days so I know where and what I was doing at any one time. Sometimes I will take a random photo just to "capture" a day
