Messed up my A shop earlier, got the wrong Simple cream and forgot Tic Tacs were cheaper at T, also got the cherry ones that did not show on receipt instead went through as ferrero and not 3 for £1, so tempted to take it all back except I used a £7 APG against it. Thoughts pleaseLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

I have foolishly said I would read about 'dads life' but there are 120 - 150 people expected so getting very nervous

They are working hard for a product that they are underpaid for (and many have gone out of business because of it). All they are asking for is a fair price, but prices are dictated by the large Supermarkets principally.
Many have actually poured it away as you suggest but obviously they still have costs, expenses and wages to pay so have to accept low prices to keep going, mostly subsidised by other farming activities.
Would any of us refuse to take our wages because we thought that we are worth more? That's what pouring milk away would be like.
ChelseaFred:)
I was listening to a radio 4 programme on this subject last week.
The jist of the debate was that we import a large proportion of our milk, and have the diary farmer over a barrel.
We no longer need to have diary farmers as the land can be used more productively (i.e.. make more money) by building houses etc.
I sad day for Britain.100 -
