  • Does anyone know where you can get that bath/worktop sealing strip, think it's silicone or something, for a really good price? I need about 10 metres of it

My vouchers still aren't back in my account from my cancelled order on weds when I was too poorly to collect.

    Guess they are gone forever.

It would also be super nice if A's would stop putting a hold on the money for the order that I cancelled!

You should ring up, I cancelled an order a few months ago. I had used £9 vouchers and I got them back. They have to apply them to your account though. Just be a bit careful maybe if it was a glitch shop.

    Good luck!

Just checking mine and their not there..... now did I actually claim them or just check the apg

    ...claimed now :rotfl:

I like to claim and spend, quick as possible in case they take them away as some people have reported. Not too many this shop as it was just bloody udi's. Quite happy that we don't have to wait now til Tuesday night, that was a pain.

Agree that you should ring up, definitely worth trying.
I had a C&C order using lots of vouchers cancelled by Sada (for some reason I never got to the bottom of), different to being cancelled by customer I know, but I found phoning got the situation resolved. After phoning the general 'Any Queries?' 0800 number I was given the number of the eVouchers dept, so maybe try these ... 0800 952 0101 and 0800 952 3334 (seem to remember the last number got it sorted).
Also if it was a C&C consider calling it at the store and speaking to CS desk.

(I'll post the whole poem this quote comes from in a bit, so if you're a parent with offspring about to leave home, you might want to skip that post, in case it all gets a bit weepy:o)
