Yes I agree. Im a determined b though:rotfl:, won't give up. There is a phone call due on Friday with an update. I'll just say....... It had better happen.
McMillan are aware now ;)and available if and when we need them. At the moment he will have carers twice a day for 3 weeks for free, then we have to pay for them.
Hope you are feeling better. Slow and steady, and listen to your body. Oh, and don't be impatient and try to do too much too soon.
Hugs
N x
You and your family are having a time of itwhy do they only get carers free for 3 weeks? That doesn't seem very long in the circumstances. Your Mum and her partner are lucky to have you fighting their corner

Before I forget, QOC, have a look on Amazon for p20. They have the 200ml SPF 20 for £14.95 at the moment, £10 cheaper than anywhere else I've found. Hth

Oh dear, I need to buy myself another mug! I do have plenty here but I do like to my own 'special' one. I fancy a mug with a photo of a hedgehog, you know not a painted one.
I do seem to be getting clumsy these days but it's probably down to arthritis in finger joints  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: lost count of how many I have dropped :eek:There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -

I've had a bit of a strange old night.
Firstly a conversation with DS2 and HG about what went on today and why it nearly ended up in major furniture re-arrangement, not to mention the damage to paintwork upstairs
It seems that DS2 convinced himself that 'changing beds' meant changing rooms. He then set about convincing house guest that he was right and two fiercely change resistant boys decided if they changed beds themselves they wouldn't be made to change rooms
I've let the damage to the paintwork slide. There was no harm intended and I can't even blame myself for not being clear enough. The only reason none of them know that 'changing a bed' means changing the bedding is because I've never involved them in household chores. I will be choosing my words much more carefully in future
I think my exact words were along the lines of ' your two's beds need changing, so strip the bedding off and I'll change them when I get home'0
