You are right bubbs. When I had that chest infection earlier this year I needed more antibiotics, left it too long and ended up with pneumonia.

Tiny get yourself an appointment tomorrow. You shouldn't still be coughing up! You maybe just need a short course of antibiotics this time but please do something about it.

Ok you two I consider myself told. I need to ring anyway as I was meant to make appointment for the nurse to do a peak flow. :o

I'm not good with doctors, I would get DD2 to have a listen if she was home, it doesn't feel like it's on my chest anymore to be honest. :o

I don't suppose you're anywhere near Devon? My uncle has just gone into a home and we're clearing his house at the moment so have a single bed going spare

    Just catching up.
pk that is so kind of you, but we're in Kent, so a bit far as we need it tomorrow.
mil has lent one to start them off. Thank you for the offer though, much appreciated.

Sky doing some good retention offers today, daughter uses my box as I have the full package but moved to a new house and the sky dish is located in front of a tree.. so it was either get sky out or cut the tree down..

she cancelled her box about 4 months ago and phoned them up today and they gave her 12 months £10 a month basic package and a free install and new hd + box. thought that was a good deal :)

BTW.. if you have a sky account and get multi room that box can be used anywhere... there is no phone line connected now :) I have 4 boxes that I resell to friends and family. I also resell the skygo too :) Its a good way to share and save.

Oh cr*p I have just found DD2's springed cake tin on a chair in the kitchen. I forgot to pack it away, not sure it would have fitted in to be honest. But I thought we didn't need to get to the boxes for a year so they are now in farest corner of my stash room bottom of a pile with a mountain of other stuff on top of them including a microwave I got for £15 last year from Ts for the caravan but never used it over there so didn't take it back this year :o, I am not even going to entertain playing tetris again, maybe she would like to do some baking while she is home with it.

Mine didn't feel as though it was on my chest, I just kept coughing up. So that won't wash! You get yourself checked properly and you could be sorted for that holiday of yours :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Enjoy your time away.mlook forward to seeing you next week. :)

So sorry you've had such a bad time with getting help and info. Unfortunately I've found that once they've got it into their heads you're being discharged, they're desperate for you to go and don't tell you half of what you need to know. Assuming it's relevant, can McMillan help?

Yes I agree. Im a determined b though:rotfl:, won't give up. There is a phone call due on Friday with an update. I'll just say....... It had better happen.
McMillan are aware now ;)and available if and when we need them. At the moment he will have carers twice a day for 3 weeks for free, then we have to pay for them.

Hope you are feeling better. Slow and steady, and listen to your body. Oh, and don't be impatient and try to do too much too soon.
    Hugs
