Other than the sweet sundays, does anyone know of another offer for the sweets at £1, as today I saw a foreign man filling a big trolley in sada, I tried to ask him but he pretended not to understand me?!

Another weird thing with the tic tacs is that they are N/A on the AvS comparison but they were comparing last week as that was my target shop then.

    The 18g Strawberry isn't on s.co.uk.

Evening, thank you for the well wishes for last Monday. Everything went according to plan and in fact was a lovely day, so many people commenting that it was just what df would have wanted. ds2 & 2 nephews read, Snowdonia by Andrew Blakemore, a perfect poem for him as df spent so much time walking there, in fact when he was 56 he did the '14 peaks' in 24 hours. I was able to read 'dad's life' without breaking down and everyone could hear me. Can't believe how well dm coped, they had been married 63 years.
Thoughts and good wishes for any that need (or want) them:)
    Night.

Glad it went well Josie. Told you you'd do him proud ;) you couldn't not the affectionate way you speak about him. He'll be in your heart forever.
63 years? that is pretty awesome :A

I'm sat outside and there's no showers here :(

Well done Josie, such a very difficult thing for you to do, so stressful, I can really sympathise with you.
I sadly lost my dad when I was 27, so hard for everyone, especially my mum who is still struggling 23 years on........

    Evening

Day 2 of how to empty your bank account for me today. I had a visit to the school uniform shop £303 _pale_ and that was one of everything each except trousers which they got 2 of each  Sent DS2 into the changing room to try on the trousers. He's too old for me to go in with him now without us getting funny looks
He came out and the pair I'd given him were too big. I didn't choose my words carefully enough and said ok, take them off instead of 'go back into the changing room and take them off' :o He just stood in the middle of the shop and took them off whilst I was looking at Blazers :o

He is a classic your boy :)

... I spoke too soon, should spend more time talking to Mrs Anon than posting on here - another variation of chicken tonight :).
