Hi all
I am an ex gambling addict so nothing on my credit history surprises me too much. I had more loan's than Greece.
However, on my credit file I have
Company: SMALL USER DATA
Account Type: Bank
Default Balance: £1011
Who on earth is this?

Is there anywhere in your file that you can expand the info to find out who the lender is or a contact address/number?I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly, and I can move and merge threads there. Any views are mine and not the official line of moneysavingexpert.com0

Depending on which credit file you have checked there may be a ‘Useful Addresses’ section. Hopefully this creditor is listed there with an address and/or phone number (if there is only an address you could do a search online for more contact information).
Give them a call/ email and ask what they are chasing/ who they are action on behalf of. Hopefully this will shine some light on things for you.
