T-Mobile - incompetent bampots

For the second time in 7 months my K800i has gone phut and needs repaired.
Called the lovely people at T-Mobile and was told that wasn't a problem, they would send a silver beg to returnt the phone in 3-4 working days. 6 days later no bag so I called again, they no record of the original call and no record of a bag request, Ho Hum.
I was then told to contact Sony Ericsson directly to get my phone repired, I told them this wasn't an option as I ha bought the phone from them and it was up to them to arrange repair. They eventually agreed that they would do that and promised to send me out a silver bag to return the phone in 3 to 4 working days. Guess what?
Yip 7 days later and no sing of the silver bag, called them again, and while they do have a record of the second conversation there was no silver bag sent out.
"Would you like us to send you one now sir"
"No, I don't believe they exist, I think they're a figment of your imagination"
I should mention at all times I never lose the rag on these calls, as it is very rarely the person who you are speaking to who is to blame for the utter shambles that is the company's returns policy.
Decided to eventually take it into my local shop, friendly service, offer of a replacement loan phone (declined, it was crap) and the promise of a text when it's ready.
So if you are unfortunate enough to have a T-Mobile phone die on you, don't even think about calling customer services, get to your local store. If I'd done that I'd have it back by now.
I'm going to contact their customer services email address, I'll let you know how I get on.
Cheers
Simon

Guess what arrived in the post after I told them not to send a bag as I was taking it into the shop instead?
I also got a call from customer services after I wrote to them to complain and they've kindly given me a months rental for nowt (£23.50), which I think is reasonable.
I just hope they manage to fix the phone for good this time.
Cheers
