A great many in Scotland, a nowhere near exhaustive list might include:
The Corra Linn - esp on one of the days the dam is open to let the full flow return but the Falls Nature Reserve and New Lanark make for a superb visit covering all things watery!
Linn of Dee
Eas a' Chual Aluinn
Glas Alt
Linn of Muick
Falls of Bruar
Grey Mare's Tail
Reekie Linn
Falls of Glomach
Cauldron Linn
An Steall
Finnich Glen (Location for the finale of the film The Eagle)
Glen Etive - several falls/torrents
Ben Dearg and Kilt Rock falls on Skye
Falls of Foyers
Avich Falls - Loch Awe
Dog Falls in Glen Affric
Falls of Dochart
Rogie Falls
Glenelg
Not falls but the upper Findhorn River has some splendid gorge/rocky stretches - esp round Dulsie Bridge and Randolph's Leap and many highland rivers have similar stretches.
Many good falls images in this guy's Flickr:

Links for England and Wales - High Force and Aysgarth are about all I've visited and they are impressive - esp after heavy rain:

went there in April due to a dry spell the falls were not as spectacular as they could have been. although it was a good time to go and we remarked that come high season the tree cover would be greater and obscure even more of the waterfall.Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness.
