    Thanks for your replies. I've gone with Nationwide, who have been extremely helpful. I opened my account this morning. It's written on my notes that everything needs to be in large print and they were able to send me my PIN in large print and the card reader is audio and has a larger screen.

    Much more helpful than Natwest.
