what happens if there is a strike
do I turn up and hope to get a train or is a bus provided? I need to travel from Swansea to Paddington , then take the channel tunnel train on 31st August

Also, you might find the Public Transport board has some discussion / info on it a bit nearer the time

If your journey on that day is critical (as it sounds as if it is) I'd suggest you start exploring alternative forms of transport such as National Express etc to see if they offer alternatives0
