    Try this :)

    Good on you for trying to eat healthier. Some people just don't 'get' that just because something may not be high in fat, salt, sugar etc that that doesn't mean its not bad for you! As said above, these produced pot noodles contain MSG and other rubbish. Natural food is the way to go, not something out of a package
  • If you Google diy pot noodles you will find lots of different recipes on the Internet ranging from basic to advanced.

    I used to make them for work, noodles, seasoning, veg and on occasion some.thin sliced cooked meat and just added hot water at work

    I don't think you will be buying theses contaminated noodles in the UK.

    They were taken to be destroyed would you believe in cement factories by being ground down to dust.

    I would be more worried buying cheap cement for a while.:)
