EE - Power Bar Question

You must forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong section and please do feel free to move it to wherever it should be.

Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many times you can change a power bar? I have had a look at the terms and conditions and it does not mention a thing on there.

My friend has been into our local store, and he goes about 3 times per week to change his power bar. He charges it at home as well, but I thought the whole point of it was that you could pop into a store and they would change it for you without any hassle. I have a colleague at work who goes in 5 days per week to get it changed.

The other day my friend went into his local store and they really embarrassed him. They said he could not come every day (which he doesn't anyway, the most he has been in is 3 times in 1 week), and then they brought out a manager who gave him a good grilling. You see my friend has a learning difficulty and I don't know whether he was picked on unnecessarily. My colleague on the other hand is a tough lady, and if they did that with her, or even tried, she would have smacked them right down.

Does anyone know if there genuinely is a limit to how many times a power bar can be changed? If there is no limit, do you think we have rights to complain and who would it be to?

Many thanks to anyone who can help or suggest something.

Under their FAQs it says that you can exchange them as often as you like.
Personally, if I'd been given any grief in a store, I'd be firing off a complaint.
Sounds like the staff of that particular store are making things up as they go along.

Check the section "how does the free swap work" it clearly says 'swap as many times as you like'
